Shane Riegel Bio

Coach Riegel grew up in Kutztown, PA, and attended Kutztown High School. Among his many successes, he was a PIAA State medalist in pole vault and the 4x400 relay. After high school, he attended Kutztown University, where he competed as a Division 2 Decathlete. Coach Riegel has 10 years of coaching experience with a specialty in pole vault and hurdles. He is currently the Head Coach of the Conrad Weiser Track and Field Team. In his 2 seasons of coaching there, the team has amassed more than 150 personal records in multiple events, several county and district meet participants. The team has also placed high in invitational competitions. His philosophy is, “Every program has a mission statement, but championship programs have athletes who are on a mission.”

Friendoll Tucker, Jr. Bio

Coach Tucker was born and raised in Richmond, VA. It was there he began his pursuit of sport. He excelled at an early age in various sports, including football, basketball, and baseball at his local recreation center. He attended John F. Kennedy High School (now Armstrong HS ), where he contributed to and lettered in Football, Wrestling, and Track and Field. He was a state-level participant in track and field, where his times placed him with the top-level sprinters in the country. He was also a regional-level wrestler. Forgoing college and entering the U.S. Air Force, he continued his athletic career. He set a record, winning 2 field day events100 yd/meters. He went on to be a major contributor in various sports stateside and abroad. He was a contributor to winning the USAF European Football Championship and runner-up in the European Football Championship in England. During his sports career in the US, Europe, and Korea, he was a major contributor and received many awards in various sports. He started coaching in the Air Force. Coaching included football, basketball, softball, and volleyball.  He has coached and trained athletes for more than 30 years. He specializes in athlete development. He is currently a sprint and long/triple and high jumps coach at Conrad Weiser High School.
